Order Processing Times
Please bear in mind when ordering, that not only shipping times apply to your order, but also processing times.
We're a two person team and we aim to keep our processing times down to 1-2 business days, however, it can take longer depending on how busy we are at the time.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Once your order is processed and shipped out to you, the following lead times apply:
- UK: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Worldwide: 5-10 business days
You will know your order has dispatched as we will send you a shipping notification email with all the relevant information.
Important info for orders outside of the UK:
Please note that, when placing an international order (outside of the UK), your parcel may be subject to customs fees or import duties once it arrives with you. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Ted & Bubs only charges the shipping fee for your order, import duties and customs fees are not included in the total price of your order. You can check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Our pre-order items are all made to order, due to this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these orders.
However, if something is wrong with your pre-order item, do get in touch!
Bespoke / Custom Orders
We offer bespoke and custom jewellery to be made just for you, you can read more about it here.
These items are made to your specifications and measurements, due to this, we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges for these items.

When will sold out items be restocked/new stock added?
We release new items in batches every few weeks, shop updates are announced on our Instagram, go give us a follow to keep up to date on new stock and restocks.
Jewellery which contains vintage pendants will not be restocked as these are one of a kind items.
All Ted & Bubs orders are sent using eco-friendly, recycled and recyclable packaging, you won't find any plastic packaging in your order. As all orders come with an order confirmation email, which has a full summary of your purchase, we do not provide physical packing slips in your parcels. This helps us keep our use of paper to a minimum.
All our printed goods that you can find in your orders such as stickers, thank you-cards, etc... are all printed by Sustainable Print.
Beyond that, we try to shop for our materials in physical stores as much as possible. Physical bead stores sell their beads stringed on threads, whereas online businesses generally sell their supplies in little plastic bags, which would lead to us having to deal with a lot of plastic waste.
Of course, we can not fully avoid buying supplies online altogether but we do our best reduce waste where we can.
Of each order placed with us, we automatically donate 5% of the order's total price (excl. shipping costs) to charity, through Virtue.
We also offer our customers to make a small charity donation during the checkout process, of course, this is fully optional.
